Players of all ages are welcome:

Registration dates for 2012 will be published on this website when available.

Each player (or a parent/guardian of a minor) will need to complete the following forms in order to play for the club: 

• CPFC Registration Form: (pick this up at the clubhouse - it's pre-populated with last years registration details.)

• Players Code of Conduct Form:

• Insurance Acceptance Form:

• FFA Registration: - only to be completed by new players. Those transferring from another club, just bring your registration number.
