With restrictions finally easing we are able to start the end of year process with our training gear return! This consists of the Black Coaches Bags, Bibs, Cones and Ball Nets which must be returned, training balls should be handed out to all players to keep and train with in the off season ready for 2022!
Regrettably once again our normal presentation days for both Juniors and Seniors will not be held this year. However, all junior players (U6-U17’s) will still receive a medal and photos to celebrate our season.
Coaches and Managers (only) will be able to pick these up when they drop of the training gear and arrange to have these handed out to their teams.
This prop off of gear and collection of items will happen:
Date: Saturday 30th October
Time: 1pm – 4pm
Location: Carss Park Club House
We ask that you please check in using our QR codes and follow all rules and regulations that are in place on the day.
We hope that this update finds you well and that you and your families are staying safe.
Since our last update our committee has met to discuss finalising the 2021 season and what still needs to take place from an administrative perspective as well as the best way to farewell the season.
Registration Fees – We have received questions in regards to the fees paid for this season and the potential of refunds / discounts due to the incomplete season. The current committee is working on how to best pass on any savings that may be applicable to its members and what amount that may be. As a club we incur a number of expenses including; uniforms, insurance, ground fees, electricity and equipment costs that have either already been paid or are still expected to be paid which make up part of the registration fees charged to our members. Further fees are also passed on to Football St George, Football NSW and Football Australia.
Currently we are still waiting on advise from a number of bodies so that we are able to make an informed decision on how to move forward.
Things to look forward to!
Once our restrictions are eased and we are able to move around with a little more ease we are hoping to be able to complete the following:
- Gear Return – Coaches to return Gear Bags (Bibs, Cones, Ball Bag, Black Bag)
- Team Photo & Medal Collection – Coaches / Mangers invited to collect and distribute to their respective teams
- Annual General Meeting
We are hoping that these events will take place in October / November however will need to follow any restrictions that will be in place at that time.
Again we thank you all for your patience as we work through these difficult times and we hope to bring you information as soon as we can.
Thank You and take care
Carss Park Committee

Teams are reminded to please stay out of the penalty area and goal mouth of all fields so that minimal wear and tear occurs.
Serving Our Football Community Since 1930
Carss Park FC was established in 1930 by a local prominent resident by the name of Charles Pirie. He approached Kogarah Council with the idea of commencing what was known as soccer for the children of the local community. Thus was born the great tradition of the maroon and white that continues to this day. Charles Pirie remains as our main ground, along with the midi and mini fields that so many Carss Park generations of players have grown up on, fostering a love of football and friendship.
Our Club Is Our Family
At Carss Park FC, we are very proud to provide a long & successful tradition of both park football to our local community and a pathway to further representative opportunities. We have a family friendly ethos based on fun, fitness, football & friendship. Whilst we aim to develop each individual’s skills to the best of their ability, team comaraderie and good sportsmanship towards own team and competitors is equally as important. These are lifelong skills which players will take with them across all areas of life long after they finish football.
