Complete Your Registration on-line Today
If you (or your child) played for Carss Park Football Club last year, you can complete your registration on-line - no need to come to the club house on a registration day.
The process is as follows:
- if you want to offset the registration fees with the $100 NSW Government Active Kids Rebate - get a voucher at https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-active-kids-voucher
- Complete your registration and optionally apply the voucher at the FFA portal here - https://www.playfootball.com.au/player/player-registration

You will need to come to the clubhouse during our registration dates / times as follows:
- You (or your child) is a new player to the club. Please ensure you bring the birth certificate and / or photo ID.
- You want to pay the registration fees by cash / cheque. NOTE: The on-line registration still needs to be completed prior to arriving.
The remaining registration dates are:

2018 Registration Process
With the 2018 season of football fast approaching, the new Executive Committee would like to invite you to register and join us in our 88th year of Football.
Player registrations MUST BE completed on line and are available via the online registration process including online payment through www.myfootballclub.com.au. You are still welcome to come down to Carss Park on the below dates and make payments and show any documentation. <detailed instructions here>

Payments can be made online via MFC, or at the club house on the above dates.
ACTIVE KIDS REBATE
All players eligible for the Active Kids Rebate (i.e. Every child 4.5 – 18 years’ old enrolled in school from Kindergarten to Year 12 will be eligible for an Active Kids Voucher) through Services NSW. This voucher will provide eligible children to a one off $100 rebate on their registration fees. To be eligible for this voucher please ensure you have registered through Service NSW on or after the 31st of January.
Please note that if this rebate is not applied at time of registration we will not be able to apply retrospectively and full fees will be applied.
NSW Government Active Kids Rebate Program
Active Kids Recipient Guidelines
** To be eligible for a Student Discount a valid Student ID card must be produced at time of Registration. A Family discount of 10% will be offered to immediate family members only. This discount will apply to the lower value registration fee payable by that family. Payment methods available are EFTPOS, Cash or Cheque (made payable to Carss Park Football Club). Credit Card transactions will incur a surcharge fee of $5.00
*Your Registration Fees are a one off fee which includes:
Jersey, Shorts, Socks, Match Fees, Referee fees, Association Fees & Insurance, A training ball, presentation day and trophy, ground leasing fees and associated council costs.
All NEW players regardless of age will be required to provide an original Birth Certificate or current Passport, together with a photocopy of same which will be submitted to St. George Association.
PLEASE ENSURE A PHOTO (E.G PASSPORT) IS UPLOADED WHEN REGISTERING VIA MYFOOTBALL CLUB. ALTERNATIVELY, A PHOTO WILL BE TAKEN AT THE CLUBHOUSE.
Identification Documentation
- All NEW Juniors players must supply original birth certificate or passport
- All NEW Over 35s and Over 45s players must provide a copy of a photo ID.
- All NEW Coaches and Managers must supply copy of Photo ID (Driver Licence or passport) and must provide a WWC Number.

IN REGARDS TO OUR GRADING PROCESS, NO PLAYER WILL BE ENTITLED TO ATTEND A TEAM ALLOCATION SESSION UNLESS FULL REGISTRATION HAS BEEN PAID AS PER OUR POLICY.
NO PLAYER’S ID CARD WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES HAVE BEEN MADE.
All applications for a refund are to be made in writing to the club Secretary NO LATER THAN 27th February 2018.
Applications for refunds will be assessed by the executive committee on a case by case basis. Any applications for a refund received by the club Secretary after 28th February will be declined.
